Fall Prevention Grant Program

This year, ATSPA is offering a NEW fall prevention grant opportunity to our ATS member hospitals. If you have an evidence-based, older adult fall prevention program that would benefit your community, please consider applying for this NEW ATSPA fall prevention grant. Some examples of older adult fall prevention programs to consider are Matter of Balance, Healthy Steps, Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (TJQMBB) , etc.

Applications for a 2024-2025 fall prevention grant will be accepted through September 4, 2024. Any questions regarding the application process can be sent to Kim Nunemaker at knunemaker@atspa.org or by calling the office at 717-766-1616 ext.109. Applications were accepted through online submission until September 4, 2024. All applicants will be notified of their application status by October 9, 2024.

To prepare for your mini grant application, please review the application outline. ATSPA recommends preparing your application prior to starting the online application because you cannot save your online submission to alter later.

Please use this document to prepare your estimated budget plan for your mini grant application. Budget sheets are required to be uploaded during the online application process.

If awarded grant funds, please use this document to prepare for your final report due on June 1, 2025.
